In this pivotal role, the Product Designer III will shape Mozn's products, ensuring user satisfaction while aligning with our vision. Collaborating with our cross-functional team, you'll contribute to creating engaging, user-friendly designs. Your influence will span the entire product lifecycle, from concept development to prototyping, user testing, and final implementation.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement user research strategies (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to understand user needs, motivations, and pain points.
  2. Create detailed user personas and journey maps to empathize with users and inform design decisions.
  3. Advocate for the user throughout the product development process, ensuring their voice is heard and needs are met.
  4. Define the information architecture of the product, ensuring clear and intuitive navigation.
  5. Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, usable, and accessible to all.
  6. Prototype and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.
  7. Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions, proposing innovative solutions to user problems.
  8. Participate in the design thinking process, from empathy and research to prototyping and testing.
  9. Stay up-to-date on emerging UX trends and technologies, exploring potential applications for the product.
  10. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to ensure a cohesive user experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (5+ years of experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and delivering user-centered products.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies (surveys, interviews, usability testing) and ability to analyze findings.
  • Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools (e.g., In Vision, Framer).
  • Solid understanding of information architecture and interaction design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively communicate design ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
