**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Inspector to oversee architectural works on-site, ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, and project requirements.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in our project supervision team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality built environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and monitor architectural work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, materials, specifications, and local codes.
  • Closely coordinate with the contractor, consultants, and other inspectors on-site to execute work according to design intent and schedule.
  • Review architectural shop drawings and material submittals, raising comments or non-conformances as necessary.
  • Document observations, progress, and issues in daily inspection reports.
  • Ensure workmanship meets quality standards.
  • Attend regular site coordination meetings and provide input on architectural issues.
  • Liaise with the Resident Engineer and escalate unresolved site issues promptly.
  • Monitor and report on architectural construction progress and assist in managing punch lists and project closeout.
