Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Factory Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for the management of the maintenance department, ensuring optimal factory efficiency and uptime.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Lead on-site training and mentoring of the maintenance department to enhance skills and knowledge.
  2. Collaborate with managers to develop and implement strategies that optimize factory performance and minimize downtime.
  3. Project manage new initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and meeting project goals.
  4. Work closely with staff technicians and contractors to troubleshoot factory issues, providing expert guidance and support.

  9. Oversee monthly and annual budgeting processes, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  10. Schedule staff and work to be performed efficiently, maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime.
  11. Train staff in troubleshooting techniques, mechanical and electrical systems, and safety protocols.
  12. Provide cost estimates for projects, upgrades, rebuilds, and standard parts inventory, ensuring accurate financial planning.
  13. Perform other duties as required to support business objectives.
  14. Ensure adherence to GMPs, Personal Safety, Food Safety, HACCP, and other regulatory requirements, promoting a safe working environment.
