We are seeking a skilled HVDC Service Engineer to provide first line support and maintenance services for the Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) at Saudi Egypt High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) Link, along with other Hitachi Energy HVDC customer sites.
Your Responsibilities- Providing first line support and maintenance services for LTSA
- Working closely with the existing Service team to gain competencies in providing 1st line support
- Flexible working hours required for significant maintenance tasks on an impromptu basis
To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and minimum 5+ years' experience in HV power systems or a heavy industrial environment. You should also possess skills in safety switching, power plant operations, and IT/Cyber security.
