Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute media plans that align with client objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective media strategies that meet client needs.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications to ensure ongoing satisfaction and growth.
  • Mentor and guide junior planning team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to drive growth and revenue.
  • Represent the company in client and industry meetings and presentations to promote our services and expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in media planning, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead teams of planning managers, with strong organizational skills and a team player attitude.
  • Experience in business development and industry representation is highly desirable.
  • Digital certifications across major platforms, including Meta, Google, Snapchat, Twitter, and TikTok.
