Main Responsibilities- Inspect and interpret UT/RT/MT/PT and Hardness Test results, as well as Radiography Film interpretations.
- Validate welding procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Oversee procedure qualification tests as per WPS and conduct welder's qualification tests according to ASME Section IX and client requirements.
- Ensure effective control over welding consumables and documents.
- Carry out visual inspections of pipe fit up and weld joints.
- Monitor welder performance based on radiographic inspection outcomes and recommend corrective measures when necessary.
- Verify final dimensions, material traceability, orientation, and cleanliness after spool fabrication.
- Coordinate NDE inspections and pressure tests in accordance with approved procedures and QC plans for site activities.
- Manage inspection records and test status accurately.
- Develop Quality Procedure ITPs, WPSs, and other necessary documentation.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
