Key Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive content strategies that align with our business goals and brand voice.
- Develop and maintain a range of content assets, including e-learning modules, job aids, and training manuals.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and validate content.
- Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Design and develop instructional materials that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments, such as AI, chatbots, and AR/VR, and identify opportunities to apply them in reasonable ways.
Preferred qualifications
- Instructional Design certification(s) or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to develop templates and style guides to ensure consistency across all materials.
- Expertise in adult learning instructional design methods and best practices.
- Experience working with Adobe Suites and other relevant tools.
- Familiarity with multiple languages, including Arabic, Urdu, and Hindi.
