Our fulfillment center is seeking a Fulfillment Training Coordinator to join our team. As a Fulfillment Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing training for all process paths in the Sort Center.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver effective training and feedback to instructors and peer trainers. You will also be responsible for ensuring that training records are kept up to date and that MENA training materials are kept and delivered against the MENA standard.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute training for all process paths
  • Deliver Instructor training and observation and coaching to the MENA Standard
  • Monitor and maintain accurate training records
  • Develop and implement effective training programs
  • Collaborate with operations teams to develop and implement training strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
