Responsibilities and Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Corporate Performance Department to achieve JCD objectives and goals;
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve corporate performance;
  • Conducting regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement;
  • Preparing financial plans and budgets for the Department and monitoring actual expenditure against the approved budget;
  • Collaborating with other business lines to cascade departmental strategies;
  • Preparation of corporate reports, documentation, and presentations to display, publish, and present the data to management and all relevant stakeholders;
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on matters related to performance management and strategic planning;
  • Maintaining high levels of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions.

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field, preferably with a Master's degree in Strategic Management or any related field or MBA. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required. Proficiency in English Language is a must; Arabic Language is preferred. Any professional certification in related areas is an advantage.
