Job Requirements:
We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Director to join our team at Client of Discovered MENA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-impact campaigns, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and engage clients.

About the Role:
The Creative Director will oversee the entire creative process from conceptualization to execution, ensuring that each campaign is compelling, on-brand, and effective in meeting client goals. This is a senior-level position that requires strategic thinking, creativity, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Creative Leadership & Vision: Develop and implement a clear creative vision that aligns with company goals.
  2. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and support the creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  3. Brand Strategy & Consistency: Ensure that creative output aligns with brand goals, maintaining consistency across all deliverables.
  4. Concept Development & Execution: Develop and execute compelling creative concepts, from brainstorming to final delivery, ensuring high-impact results.
  5. Client Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide creative direction, and deliver on expectations.
  6. Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into creative strategies.
  7. Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and client needs.

Qualifications:
  1. Experience: 8+ years in a leadership role within the creative industry.
  2. Skills: Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  3. Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to conceptualize, strategize, and execute creative campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  4. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate with clients and teams.
  5. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your leadership in creative projects, innovative problem-solving, and high-quality work.
