Regional Operations Director

Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our business operations in KSA. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the local market.

About the Role:

The Country Manager will develop and execute strategies to achieve business goals, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence. This includes identifying growth opportunities, driving market expansion initiatives, and monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement the country-specific business strategy in alignment with global corporate objectives.
• Growth Opportunities: Identify and drive market expansion initiatives to achieve business growth.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service functions.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local regulations, laws, and industry standards, and identify and mitigate potential risks associated with business operations.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Work Experience: 10-15 years of experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role within the Oil and Gas and/or Energy Sector.
• Cultural Competence: Strong understanding of the local market, including business practices, cultural nuances, and regulatory environment.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Travel Requirements: Ability to travel as needed.
