We are seeking a Digital Transformation Strategist to join our dynamic team, where you will lead transformative initiatives, align strategies with national standards (DGA – Qiyas), and collaborate with top-tier professionals to create real impact.
Key Responsibilities- Lead digital transformation initiatives for clients, assessing current operations and identifying opportunities for business and technological enhancements.
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy efficient solutions that enhance productivity and performance.
- Monitor and analyze project performance, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders on progress and outcomes.
- Extensive knowledge of Saudi Arabia's digital transformation frameworks and national standards (DGA – Qiyas). Minimum of 2 projects.
- Familiarity with ITSM, business continuity, risk management, innovation practices.
- Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead projects to successful completion on time and within budget.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions to drive results.
- Saudi Governmental entities experience and knowledge of their requirements.
- Digital Transformation office experience, preferably with government or consulting entity.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital transformation, with a strong focus on applying national standards and regulatory compliance in Saudi Arabia.
- Previous experience in government entities, or highly regulated industries.
- Project Management Certification.
