About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Radar Engineering and Maintenance Expert to join our team at Dalma Tech2. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Ground Surveillance Radars.

Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out intermediate level installation and maintenance of Ground Surveillance Radars.

  2. Perform PMIs on the Ground Surveillance Radars.

  3. Support Radar sector and/or site personnel over the phone in the maintenance activities.

  4. Support Mobile Maintenance Team (MMT) functions and travel to remote Radar sites to perform specialized installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hard failure tasks.

  5. Implement modifications of approved Ground Surveillance Radar hardware and software changes.

  6. Provide guidance and assistance to installation teams on issues related to Ground Surveillance Radars.

  7. Develop and implement training programs for Ground Surveillance Radar maintenance.

  8. Stay current with emerging Radar technologies.

  9. Review technical documents to ensure they meet requirements.

  10. Promote technical knowledge among personnel through presentations and documentation.

  11. Contribute to Radar enhancements and upgrades.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics or Computer Engineering.
  • Specialized training and certification in each area of Radar expertise.
  • Extensive experience working with Ground Surveillance Radars, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to learn new procedures and technologies.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in Radar engineering and maintenance.

Work Environment:

This role requires frequent travel to remote locations and may involve working in challenging environmental conditions.
