Therapy Area Expert

We are looking for an experienced Sales professional to join our team and drive sales growth in the therapy area. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales and a proven track record of success. This is a full-time position with a regular employment type and no shift work required.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and results-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and exceeding targets. Your qualifications should include a degree educated in a relevant discipline or life science degree, and a paramedic/nursing qualification or country-relevant medical sales accreditation. Additionally, you should have a proven, successful selling track record (Primary and Secondary Care) with a minimum of 1-3 years in a pharma environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain outstanding personal and team knowledge of our priority products, technical information, product strategy, positioning, key messages and programs. Meet or exceed sales targets within agreed timescales by effectively promoting our products according to campaign briefs and policies. Assist in coaching of the sales team, including ongoing coaching and counseling through regular field visits. Ensure effective administration of territory business, including maintenance of high-quality record systems, daily communication with administrative systems and timely processing of territory business expenses.
