What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a seasoned Test Manager with extensive experience in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence (BI) Testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing BI report testing and Teradata FSLDM model validation, as well as expertise in Test Strategy, Test estimation, Test planning, and RFP preparation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage testing activities on DW-conversion, Data migration, Data conversion, ETL, and report testing projects.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement effective Test Strategies, Plans, and Estimations.
  • Prepare RFPs and coordinate onshore-offshore teams.
  • Coordinate and work with technical staff to develop test beds, test data, plan, strategy, quality assurance policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 11+ years of comprehensive IT experience in Testing predominantly in DW-BI landscape.
  • Hands-on experience in testing BI report testing and Teradata FSLDM model validation.
  • Extensive experience in Test Strategy, Test estimation, Test planning, and RFP preparation.
  • Good understanding of Telecom functions and processes.
  • Good process knowledge and has been part of several process audits.
  • Proficient in dealing with business clients and managing large teams.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Business Objects, Teradata & AbInitio.
