Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with patients to gather information and resolve insurance-related issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and insurance guidelines.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving disputes with insurance providers.
  • Collaborating with the finance department to manage payments and address discrepancies.

Required qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Finance, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
  • Experience working with insurance companies and handling approvals efficiently.
  • Familiarity with the Nafess platform and insurance regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and insurance providers.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data.

This is an entry-level position working full-time in Sales and Business Development.
