The Saudi Arabia Sales Leader/Manager is a full-time role within Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. This position is responsible for driving sales growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, working closely with the Director and other members of the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster a team-based culture across sales, marketing, and account management teams, ensuring positive interactions and collaboration among colleagues.
- Proactively engage existing and potential users/customers to deliver agreed budgets and targets for sales, marketing, and account management/support.
- In partnership with the Director, create and implement sales strategies to grow income in target segments, leveraging product offerings and technical support to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to align positioning strategies for product lines, ensuring effective market penetration and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs, identifying new opportunities and markets for Lutron solutions, and driving business development initiatives to capture these opportunities.
- Saudi National - Mandatory requirement.
- Educated to Engineering degree level or MBA or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels, including presenting information to board-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrable influencing skills, with experience in channel management and support.
- Strong negotiating skills and knowledge of commercial agreements and frameworks.
- Able to work effectively and responsibly without close supervision, with a proven track record of delivering results under pressure.
