We are seeking a highly experienced Logistics Coordinator Lead to join our team at Baja. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics activities across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with marketing teams for initiatives such as phase-in and phase-out activities.
  • Inventory Reporting: Generate reports on inventory movements, including FG stock and consumable materials.
  • Supplier Compliance: Monitor supplier compliance with planned purchasing vs actual delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Work Experience: 3-5 years in MRP, inventory planning, or supply chain management (FMCG or retail).
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and negotiation skills, and ability to work under pressure.
