Master Draftsperson

At 700Apps, we are seeking an experienced Senior Draftsman to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for various construction projects.

You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and comply with industry standards. Your strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines will be essential in delivering high-quality project outcomes.

As a mid-senior level professional, you will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting, particularly in architectural or engineering projects. You will also have excellent attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.

• Create and prepare detailed architectural and engineering drawings using CAD software
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications
• Review and modify existing drawings for accuracy and compliance with design standards
• Ensure drawings reflect changes in project scope, materials, or construction methods
• Conduct site visits to gather data and verify that project drawings align with construction requirements
• Mentor junior draftsmen, providing guidance and support in best practices and technical skills
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated project design and documentation
• Maintain organized records of drawings and project documentation
