Job Description

As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee shift management in one of our first mile fulfilment centers, middle mile sortation centers or final mile delivery stations. You will drive the pulse of our operations on the ground and play a critical role in getting our customers' orders out to them in every step of the chain.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Create a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities across your work area
  2. Manage and train associates to deliver exceptional customer service
  3. Ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety guidelines
  4. Provide critical shift-related information to frontline management and operators
  5. Adjust labor allocation throughout shifts to meet and exceed plans and forecasts
  6. Engage with support functions and/or other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance
  7. Solve logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation, and process optimization

We're looking for someone who demonstrates strong communication skills, a high level of ownership, and a commitment to leading by example. You should be capable of developing expertise in all operational processes, analyzing data, motivating team members to excel, and consistently placing the customer at the center of all decision-making.
