Safety and Compliance Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and improving safety and compliance processes to support business operations in accordance with international standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting safety inspections internally and externally as per the approved inspection program.
  • Developing and reviewing risk assessments for routine and non-routine activities in consultation with the operations team.
  • Preparing written reports on all issues, observations, and corrective actions.
  • Coordinating emergency response operations, including first aid, fire, medical, and HSE-related rescue efforts.
Qualification and Experience Requirements
  • Diploma or B.Sc. Degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Good written and spoken English language skills.
  • Certification in Nebosh or OSHA, ISO 45001 is a plus.
