About the Role:

We are seeking a Professional Development Specialist to join our team at the Client of RecruitMe Plus. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees through comprehensive training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs that align with business objectives and promote continuous employee development.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify skill development needs and determine the most effective training solutions.
  • Select and implement appropriate training methodologies, including mentoring, on-the-job training, workshops, and professional development classes.
  • Communicate available training opportunities and provide essential information about session objectives and benefits to employees.
  • Evaluate training outcomes through feedback, assessments, and performance evaluations to measure impact.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new training methods and implement e-learning platforms where applicable.
  • Oversee in-house training facilities and ensure optimal use of training equipment and materials.
  • Ensure training programs comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
  • Manage training budgets and track resources efficiently.
  • Maintain an updated database of training programs and employee participation, especially for compliance and governmental audits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or similar role in a corporate setting is necessary.
  • Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation is a must.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training methods is also required.
  • Strong MS Office skills and ability to manage multiple assignments effectively are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities are necessary for success in this role.
