We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our team in Riyadh (KSA). In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and managing strategic ARIS opportunities in KSA and the Middle East region. As a passionate advocate for Business Process Management (BPM), you will lead and support cross-functional teams throughout the customer buying journey.

About This Role

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in BPM disciplines such as Process Modeling, Process Mining, Simulation, Process Governance, Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, and related methodologies. You will engage in C-level discussions to articulate the value and benefits of our solutions and BPM strategies, providing expert guidance on BPM best practices and solution implementation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our tool's capabilities, addressing customer inquiries and responding to RFPs and RFIs with precision.
  • You will develop industry-specific or use case-specific showcases to highlight solution effectiveness, collaborating with product and development teams to align customer feedback with product enhancements.
  • You will stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to position our BPM solution effectively, mentoring and training junior team members on BPM best practices and solution delivery.
  • You will contribute to the development of sales strategies and go-to-market plans, participating in industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote our BPM solutions and gather market insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a BPM practitioner in roles such as presales, consulting, or as a BPM expert.
  • Deep expertise or strong familiarity with BPM disciplines such as Process Modeling, Process Mining, Simulation, Process Governance, Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, and related methodologies.
  • Proven ability to effectively present technology solutions to executive-level stakeholders, with a focus on value-driven selling and business impact.
  • Hands-on experience with ARIS or similar BPM tools, with the ability to demonstrate and configure these platforms.
  • Strong technical acumen to address customer inquiries on topics such as product architecture, security, and integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand customer challenges and propose effective BPM solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
