Dermatology Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Dermatology Consultant to join our team at Black Pearl. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing expert medical care to patients in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

• Assess and admit patients through Emergency Room, out-patient clinics, and transfer from other hospitals as directed by the attending Physician.
• Carry out necessary investigations and admission work-up as indicated.
• Conduct daily rounds during work days on admitted patients and assigned consults as appropriate.
• Attend to patients when re-evaluation is required throughout the work day.
• Assist in the operating room when assigned to a particular service/attending surgeon.
• Perform operative procedures within approved privileges.
• Perform Perioperative Anesthetic Management within approved privilege.
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism in the operating room environment.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in specialty required post residency training (following completion of internship) preferably in a university affiliated teaching hospital.
• Canadian - Fellowship of the Royal Colleges
• Australian - Fellowship of the Royal Colleges
• UK - CCST or CCT or GMC Specialist Registration
• Ireland - CCST or CCT or IMC Specialist Registration
• USA - American Board
• Participate in teaching and educational activities of junior staff, medical students, and interns.
• Maintain adequate continuous medical education credits as required by hospital and licensing authorities.
• 5 days a week working depends on the work schedule and demands of the job.

This role is based in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia and requires a high level of professionalism and punctuality in the operating room environment.
