Preventive Maintenance Engineer

This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality service delivery.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through quality of service and regular on-site communication.
- Reporting work performed accurately and in real-time.
- Maintaining equipment safety and performance.
- Identifying site risks and communicating them to your supervisor.
- Taking immediate action on-site in case of high-risk identification.
- Identifying 'unplanned' service repairs based on equipment needs.
You will also be required to perform regular maintenance checks and tasks, and attend call-outs.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- ITI/Vocational Certificate course /Diploma Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Automation streams or equivalent.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic IT skills are preferred.
- Digital foundation skills are ideal for this position.
- Minimum 5 years of Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting experience with a reputable elevator company.
