Main Duties
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience, focusing on seamless transitions and attentive service.
  • Facilitate collaboration among internal teams and external partners to guarantee outstanding service quality.
  • Deliver prompt, courteous responses to guest inquiries, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
  • Identify and resolve guest complaints, escalating critical issues when necessary and verifying resolution status.
  • Maintain open communication with relevant departments regarding daily operational objectives, expectations, and requirements.
  • Introduce guests to Pauseaway's unique features and services.
  • Nurture positive relationships with guests through empathetic engagement and tailored assistance.

Key Requirements
