We are seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Transformation Analyst to lead and support digital transformation initiatives over a one-year engagement.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in aligning digital strategies with business objectives, implementing IT governance and ITSM processes, and delivering measurable results in technology-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

This role will involve:

  • Designing, implementing, and overseeing digital transformation strategies that align with the organization's business goals and objectives.
  • Evaluating current digital capabilities and identifying opportunities for transformation and innovation.

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of ITSM tools, ITIL implementation, and best practices in service management.
  • Experience in IT business continuity, disaster recovery planning, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with service reporting, KPI development, and SLA/OLA management.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital transformation, innovation, management consulting, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing digital transformation initiatives and ITSM processes.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing IT governance frameworks, policies, and strategies.
