We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Global Solutions and Risk Compliance group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our product information.

In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing product information against regulatory documentation and classifying products to ensure compliance with Amazon's standards. You will work closely with your manager and process experts to address any deviations from standard procedures and seek guidance when necessary.

You will maintain detailed records of your assigned tasks and utilize standardized reports to prioritize your work, ensuring that you meet quality, productivity, and service level agreement targets. Additionally, you may identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with partner teams to explore ways to reduce manual effort.

Required Skills:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including filtering, sorting, cell referencing, pivot tables, and data validation
  2. Basic understanding of SQL and ability to self-service defined queries and make simple changes to retrieve data from a database
  3. Knowledgeable in Customer Relationship Management tools, managing customer data and tracking interactions
  4. Attention to detail and ability to analyze and identify patterns across data sets and information
  5. Problem-solving skills, with the ability to find solutions through logic, intuition, creativity, and design thinking

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  3. English B2+ proficiency in verbal and written communication
  4. German B1+ proficiency in verbal and written communication
