Main Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain the company's Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 standards and applicable industry norms.
  2. Regularly conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to established standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, reduce waste, and maximize resource utilization, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Design, implement, and manage quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure product/service quality and regulatory compliance.
  5. Conduct risk assessments, root cause analyses, and corrective/preventive actions to address quality issues.
  6. Serve as the primary point of contact for external audits and assessments and prepare necessary documentation to support audit findings and compliance.
  7. Provide training and support to employees on quality management principles, practices, and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. At least 8 years of experience in quality management within an engineering consultancy setting, leading QMS initiatives and maintaining ISO standard compliance.
  3. Proven leadership skills in managing quality teams, with effective communication and interpersonal skills across teams, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Thorough knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools, combined with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  5. ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor/Implementer certification is mandatory; additional certifications like Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, ASQ, or equivalent are highly valued.
  6. CQI and IRCA membership is an asset.
  7. Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
  8. Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
