We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of infrastructure projects at JASARA Program Management Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring project objectives are met.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Set the strategic direction for overall project planning and execution, develop annual objectives, resourcing plans, critical schedule milestones, stakeholder engagement, and other critical requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration and coordination across cross-functional teams and districts.
  • Design and Contract Review: Lead reviews of design documents to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and specifications, identify gaps or conflicts between design and contract requirements.
  • Procurement and Contracts: Coordinate closely with the Procurement Team - input in scoping, tender reviews, performance analysis, etc.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Certification: PMP or other relevant project management certification (e.g., Prince2, Agile, etc.).
  • Experience: 12-15 years of experience as a Project Manager, leading complex projects from initiation to closure.
  • Skills: Expertise in enterprise-level management software, exceptional written and verbal skills in English, and demonstrated leadership skills.
