We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team at Norconsult Telematics Ltd. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation progress, and completion of our electrotechnical projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the project implementation plan to ensure timely and successful delivery of all project milestones.
  • Monitoring the lifecycle of different assets and proactively initiating replacement requests as needed.
  • Leading necessary coordination with all stakeholders, resolving issues that may result in delays or setbacks in project progress.
  • Developing and implementing an escalation matrix to address delays and issues.
  • Ensuring alignment of the project plan with the company's Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring consistent and efficient project execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in electrotechnical projects, with a strong understanding of telecommunications industry standards.
  • Certifications in Project Management, Project Control, or PMP certification are advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret large datasets.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, with advanced expertise in MS Excel.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
