Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of electrical control systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience with quality control methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize quality control activities to ensure efficient and timely completion
  • Provide specialized support in programming and testing of PLCs, synchronization, ATS, and soft starter panels
  • Coordinate with projects and other departments to execute project plans
  • Verify inspection and test reports for accuracy
  • Coordinate with third-party agencies and customers for factory inspections
Role Accountabilities
  • HR Proficiency:
    • Train subordinates and form effective teams
    • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates
    • Delegate tasks to subordinates
    • Maintain morale and motivation of subordinates
  • Delivery:
    • Meet operational and development targets as per delivery schedules
    • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within budget and time
    • Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and task execution
  • Problem-Solving:
    • Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems
  • Quality:
    • Ensure quality requirements for quality control processes and product specifications
  • Business Process Improvement (Effectiveness):
    • Implement well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures
    • Seek automation opportunities
  • Compliance:
    • Comply with related policies and procedures
  • Health & Safety:
    • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management procedures
