Job Summary

Stantec is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Administration Manager to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our construction administration and management team, you will be responsible for supervising the construction of buildings and facilities related to government and defense projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement program and project management goals as defined by authorized personnel.
  • Review and provide management guidance on policy matters to personnel.
  • Ensure project goals are met on schedule, cost, and budget.
  • Assist personnel with managing the efficient and effective coordination and accomplishment of project planning, scoping, development, design, and construction.
  • Assist personnel with negotiating and integrating all project functions, including planning, design, cost engineering, construction, real estate, contracting, and customer needs.
  • Provide input to the operating budget related to assigned projects.
  • Assist personnel in training and mentoring initiatives by providing subject matter expertise and conveying cultural meaning and intent.
  • Provide translation services for personnel as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • University degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years overall experience.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in Engineering.
  • Journeyman experience as a program manager with an engineering background.
  • Level 2 English language ability (fluent) required.
  • Ability to work with all types of individuals in a stressful environment for long periods of time.
