Sales and Vendor Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to join our team in managing retail vendors across multiple Middle East countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail vendors to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Business Growth Strategy: Analyze market trends and develop strategies to improve business terms and drive revenue growth for retail vendors.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in vendor management processes and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with retail vendors to drive self-sufficiency and long-term sustainability.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Has experience analyzing opportunities for systematic improvements in business management functions and building strong processes and SOPs to drive process improvements.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities within a fast-paced environment and preferably has experience in e-commerce.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of sales or account management experience, with a focus on vendor management and client-facing roles.
  • Skills: Experience with Excel and data analysis to assess performance drivers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Vendor Analysis: Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each managed account.
  • Relationship Management: Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS platforms.
