Cardiovascular Trainer and Educator

We are seeking a seasoned Cardiovascular Trainer and Educator to join our team at Edwards Lifesciences. As a key member of our Transcatheter Heart Valve business unit, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering high-quality training programs that drive adoption and utilization of our life-changing devices.

About the Role:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless integration of training materials into their workflows.
  • Provide expert guidance on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Promote best practices in training and education across our customer base.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical trial results and medical literature to inform our training offerings.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in medical device sales, marketing, or clinical operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., biology, chemistry, engineering).
  • Proven track record of success in developing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Moderate knowledge of cardiovascular science and anatomy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
