We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide professional support to various Sadara functions. The successful candidate will perform a wide range of office administrative duties, including statistical and analytical functions to assist in the decision-making process.
Main Responsibilities- Manage calendars and schedules to ensure smooth meetings and appointments.
- Maintain accurate records and archives of correspondence, documents, and paperwork.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and other requirements.
- Develop and maintain filing systems, both paper and electronic, to ensure efficient retrieval of information.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using word processing software.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of systems and processes.
A diploma in clerical, administrative, or secretarial field is required, along with +3 years of experience in a similar role.
