Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide professional support to various Sadara functions. The successful candidate will perform a wide range of office administrative duties, including statistical and analytical functions to assist in the decision-making process.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage calendars and schedules to ensure smooth meetings and appointments.
  2. Maintain accurate records and archives of correspondence, documents, and paperwork.
  3. Provide administrative support to the team, including travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and other requirements.
  4. Develop and maintain filing systems, both paper and electronic, to ensure efficient retrieval of information.
  5. Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using word processing software.

Requirements
