Job Description

The Head of Compliance, KSA Branch, will be responsible for managing regulatory interactions with the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) and other relevant regulators and authorities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivery and ongoing management of a strong Compliance and Financial Crime Risk Management framework and program for FAB KSA
  • Providing periodic reports to senior management on regulatory and compliance matters, AML and CFT risks
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with country management to assist businesses in improving controls
  • Assuming responsibility for deploying and implementing the Group Compliance Program

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in management, leadership experience, and knowledge of wholesale banking principles.
