The role of a Financial Recovery Manager at Imdad involves overseeing the process of collecting payments from private and government entities, ensuring timely document reporting, and collaborating with customers to resolve errors and inquiries. This position requires effective communication and problem-solving skills, as well as leadership abilities to manage a team of collectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of collectors, setting collection plans and conducting regular assessments.
  • Utilize computer systems and automated tools to locate and monitor overdue accounts.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers through telephone, mail, or in-person interactions to understand reasons for delayed payments and review sales terms.
  • Develop debt repayment strategies in collaboration with the Senior Credit Officer, taking into account customers' financial situations.
  • Prioritize multiple responsibilities and effectively manage time to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume corporate field collections.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as finance or accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable procedures and a proven track record in this area will be considered an added value.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
