This position reports to:
Sales Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities
  1. Sell products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned divisions.
  2. Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand their needs, promote their understanding of ABB's complete product/systems/services offering, and align with them to provide a solution.
  3. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  4. Prepare sales plans using authorized tools.
  5. Perform regular status reviews and propose recovery plans, in case of any potential order shortfalls.
  6. Create added value for the customer and ABB and ensure the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals, by using effective sales techniques.
  7. Communicate to the customers about the details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB's offering and strategy.
  8. Ensure efficient marketing activities and communicate value proposition to customers.
  9. Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
  10. Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
  11. Prepare offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager.
  12. Ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers are in place, including prices and trading conditions.
Qualifications For The Role
  1. Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Electronics or Mechanical)
  2. 3+ years industry experience / preferably sales and technical support
  3. Cooling tower experience
  4. Motor and VFD knowledge
  5. Industry experience in sales
  6. Sales skills
  7. Process knowledge
  8. Fluent in both English and Arabic is required.
