Job Description
The HSE Advisor will work closely with the HSE Manager to ensure that all projects are executed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations. This includes:
- Identifying potential hazards and developing control measures;
- Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance;
- Mentoring and advising Project Managers and staff on HSE requirements;
- Developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures;
- Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure HSE compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Fire Protection, Environmental Management, etc.);
- Minimum of 3 Years of Experience in HSE Management for Maintenance Railways, Power Supply, Electromechanical Equipment, Transportation or similar fields;
- Fully knowledgeable of KSA Standards and Codes applicable to the Works and continuously updated for any changes in regulations and laws;
- Preferred NEBOSH, IOSH Certifications;
- Preferred Certification Auditor for 14001 (Env. Audit) and 45001 (H&S Audit);
- Experience in performing training processes, including training needs analysis for facilities.
