Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert medical care to patients in the pediatric intensive care unit
* Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Requirements:

* 3 years Consultant experience in a Western hospital
* 3 years post-specialist qualification experience from recognized countries
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
