We are seeking a seasoned Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication abilities to build relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and develop innovative sales strategies.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, leading high-performing teams, and driving business growth in competitive markets.

Leadership & Team Development:

Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives, develop talent, and implement best practices.

Mentor and train sales professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they meet hotel standards and industry benchmarks.

Revenue Maximization:

Analyze market trends, adjust pricing, and optimize inventory allocation to maximize RevPAR and profitability.

Develop and execute sales strategies to capture new business opportunities, expand existing customer relationships, and increase revenue from corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.

Sales Process Coordination:

Oversee function space allocation and room commitments to optimize revenue mix and ensure seamless event execution.

Implement a 360° sales cycle process, from lead generation to post-event feedback, to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Revenue, F&B, and Operations teams, to align sales strategies with operational capabilities.

Represent the hotel at local trade shows, tourism forums, and industry events to amplify brand visibility and attract potential customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or Business, preferably with an MBA. Key qualifications include:

  • At least 8 years of experience in luxury hotel sales leadership, with 3+ years in cluster/multi-property roles.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive markets (GCC experience a plus).
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (written/spoken).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and revenue management tools.
