Job Overview

This Safety, Health, and Environment (HSE) Compliance Officer role is critical in ensuring the well-being of our employees and visitors at Six Flags Qiddiya City. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HSE compliance and be able to develop and implement effective policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures aligned with local regulations and industry standards.
  2. Audit and Inspection: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
  3. Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing detailed reports and following up on corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  4. Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to staff on HSE regulations and compliance issues, promoting a culture of safety and well-being.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with management and local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a positive HSE culture.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE compliance within a large organization, strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and certifications in HSE management.
Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
