We seek a highly skilled Design and Build Expert to join our team at Saudi-Icon Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing detailed drawings and specifications for joinery projects, ensuring that all designs meet client requirements and industry standards.

About the Role
  • Design and Development: Develop detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software, including plans, elevations, and sections.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, and project managers, to ensure designs meet specifications and budgets.
  • Production Management: Manage production teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Site Assessment: Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather relevant information.
  • Drawings Revision: Revise drawings based on feedback from clients and internal teams.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Industry Updates: Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and building codes.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Proven experience as a Joinery Draftsman or similar role, preferably in the Middle East.
  • CAD Proficiency: Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other design tools.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of joinery materials, techniques, and construction processes.
  • Skill Set: Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
