Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Collaborate with the Lead Architect to manage architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and staying within budget.
• Technical Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of architectural principles and practices to develop innovative solutions for clients' challenges, providing expert advice on complex technical issues.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and objectives, developing strong professional relationships and effectively communicating technical concepts and project progress.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide architects and junior architects/BIM designers in their professional development, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and skills enhancement.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all architectural deliverables meet the highest quality standards, conducting thorough reviews of designs, reports, and documents to verify accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in architectural technologies, tools, and methodologies, identifying opportunities for process improvement and actively contributing to the enhancement of our engineering practices.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and control architectural designers/CAD operators to achieve targets within approved schedules, reducing design errors and rework by 20-30% through thorough reviews and verification processes.
• Deliverables Enhancement: Enhance the quality of deliverables to achieve more than 98%, implementing 2-4 new design improvements or innovative solutions that enhance project efficiency or performance.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Interior Design Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience as an Architect.
• Certification: Saudi Council of Engineering certification is mandatory.

• CAD Software: Proficiency in using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3dsMax) to create 2D and 3D concept design and design development drawings.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Results-Oriented: Commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.
