We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our IT team at InnovTalent, focused on developing and maintaining scalable and secure banking applications.

 

About the Role:

This is a high-profile position that requires a seasoned professional with expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining efficient backend systems for online banking applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement backend solutions that support our financial products and services.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems for online banking applications, ensuring maximum speed and scalability.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, driving business growth through innovative technology.
  • Work closely with our cybersecurity team to implement robust security measures and data protection protocols, safeguarding sensitive customer information.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver exceptional results.
  • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems, employing best practices to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, fostering effective communication.

 

Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should have:

  • A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • No less than 3 years of experience in backend development, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, .NET, Python, or Ruby.
  • A strong understanding of the banking sector's regulatory environment and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with database technology such as SQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
  • Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment, promoting collaboration and innovation.

 

Salary Estimate:

The estimated salary for this position is between $100,000 and $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
