Job Overview

The Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the Field Team's performance, efficiency, and productivity. This position requires an individual who can provide critical reports to Operations Managers, Engineers, and the Management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and optimize field team performance by developing schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
  • Implement policies, procedures, and systems to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure compliance with legal regulations and organizational standards.
  • Control expenses by gathering budget information, scheduling expenditures, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide quality service by enforcing customer service standards and resolving operational problems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience as an operations supervisor or similar role.
  • KSA driving license.
  • Experience with bicycle and sustainability transportation advocacy.
  • Affinity for IT solutions and app-based services.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented individual with excellent leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
