Job Description:
Raffles Hotels & Resorts seeks a skilled Bartender to provide exceptional service while preparing high-quality beverages for our guests. Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized bar area, interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner, and verifying customers' age to ensure responsible service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Bartender in a similar establishment
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills; must be able to speak, read, and understand English
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Knowledge of local liquor laws, regulations, and responsible alcohol service
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Clean and professional appearance
• Responsible, dependable, and punctual work ethic
• Knowledge of local customs and cultural sensitivity
• Certification in food safety and alcohol service (e.g., ServSafe) is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional bartending certifications are advantageous
