Job Title: Human Resources Manager - Saudi Local

Job Summary:

Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional employee relations services to our hotel, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class employee relations services to the hotel, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and capability management.
  • Assist the HR Director in developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Manage succession planning, including bi-annual appraisals and talent development programs.
  • Support managers in ensuring the success of their teams, including recruitment, selection, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Control costs and assist in meeting hotel/departmental financial targets.
  • Manage employee relations issues in a confidential and professional manner.
  • Support the hotel with departmental training requirements and ensure completion of management reports.

Requirements:

  • Previous HR managerial experience, preferably in a hospitality industry.
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.
  • Positive attitude, good communication and people skills.
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent grooming standards and flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of hospitality industry and IT proficiency.
