Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of HSE management systems and policies.
  • Leading the team to conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits.
  • Investigating incidents, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Mentoring the HSE team to foster a culture of safety throughout the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CMIOSH (Chartered Member of IOSH), or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in industrial or construction settings.
  • In-depth knowledge of HSE management systems, risk assessment techniques, and incident investigation methodologies.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian labor laws and HSE practices.
